No musical experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to be present. Through the timeless practice of call-and-response singing, accompanied by harmoniums, drums, and other traditional instruments, Julie will guide you through ancient mantras that calm the mind, uplift the spirit, and cultivate equanimity in the midst of life’s rhythms. Whether you’re new to Kirtan or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll feel held by the embrace of community and the grounding power of devotion.
